Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

OH EM GEE.

You love smoothies? Cool. You don’t? Cool. You will probably still love this. I have been forcing myself to have a smoothie for breakfast every morning because I REALLY want to like smoothies. I mean they are a supurb way of starting off your morning. If you are like me though you like to sit down and have a meal and chew on something! That’s when I found the magnificent smoothie bowl idea!! Not only are they incredibly beautiful but they are full of healthy fats and carbs and so many vitamins! I literally feel like I have had 4 coffees after eating one of these but in the best way possible. SOOOOOO let me tell you how I make my favorite raspberry smoothie bowl and then you should go give it a go!

 

FIRST

blend 2 ripe bananas and 2 cups of frozen raspberries with about one cup of plant based milk (I use almond milk)

SECOND

put it in a bowl…. duh

THIRD

top it with your favorite toppings! On this one I did another banana, coconut flakes, mulberries, pumpkin seeds, and cocoa nibs. Then I drizzled 100% cocoa on top and HOT DAMN that stuff is delicious. lol I get so stoked about these things now. Like seriously is that not the prettiest thing you have ever eaten?
